Month 1 : Color Paychology

During this time, we will take a closer look at the brand strategy that you have in place and the color palette will be created primarily based on that. Palettes consist of eight colors and are broken down into primary, secondary, an accent/complementary. Your palette will also be based on what your target audience needs to see and how they need to react to fully engage with your brand and you.  Once it has been established, we will also have a call in which we discuss the meaning of each color for your understanding and how they work together. 

 

Month 2 : Logo Development

This month will be spent on the development of your logo. Even though it may not take the full month, I’d like to allow enough buffer time for revisions as well as any necessary discussions. The logo holds the most weight when it comes to longevity of your brand so I do not like to rush. If you like the rough draft or first draft, great! But if not the goal is to get it right. There is not a specific number of edits included but we do ask that you are mindful. But until you love it, nothing is set in stone, no worries!

 

March : Shoot Planning

Throughout this month, we will be selecting your shoot location, as well as discussing any additional content and ideas that are necessary to fully tell the story. The package is all inclusive as far as the photographer, actual shoot time, edits, and any necessary added props. Please keep in mind however, that we do not cover rental space bookings, grooming, or wardrobe. During the planning process however, you will receive all recommended options of where to purchase clothing items, trusted professionals, as well as any additional suggestions to make the look of the brand make sense. Our style of shooting will not only accommodate website content, but also planning ahead for holidays, social media content, any specific offers or tasks that you want to showcase, etc. Also as a reminder,  mini clips are recorded throughout your shoot however if you wish to add on for videography as a service that is also an option. We will discuss the cost once we are at this stage in the project however the starting price of the add-on is typically around $750. During this month is also when I would recommend any clothing items once the venue is selected so that you also have time to try on, return, etc.

 

April : Shoot Day

The only thing we worry about during this month is the shoot. You can either travel to us, or if you prefer we can come to you. In the event that you choose the latter, please keep in mind that travel fees would be additional for any team members needed. Most clients prefer to come to Atlanta for ease of shooting as well as the access to necessary resources. Once your shoot is complete, The turnaround time is about 7 to 10 business days once your selections have been chosen. Once we receive the photos, they will then be used to begin your brand guide that leads to the plan of your website layout.

 

May : Web Content + Development

As soon as the shoot is over, please begin to gather and complete all web design copy. I actually recommend doing this on your end throughout the project, that way it’s not rushed or last-minute by the time we get to this step as web development is what takes the longest period of time. Begin to think about what the site needs to include, its functions, its services, and layout. I do have suggested pages based on your business type but we will discuss that on a separate call prior to this point. Also keep in mind that some of the shoot will be based on things that will be on your website so again, I recommend starting this now and throughout on your own. 

 

June : Web Development + Completion

This month will be pretty quiet. Most of it will be spent with me working on the web design. You will receive a draft for feedback and all edits will go from there. Once we finish, we will have a call about DIY maintenance as well as retainer options if necessary.
